Atomic Summer by Elaine D. Walsh

Book Blurb:
THREE friends, TWO secrets, ONE lie, and the summer that changed their lives.

In 1953, three teenage girls’ innocent conversations about what each of them would do if the end of the world were imminent, coupled with a friend’s obsession, become the catalyst for a prank that spins wildly beyond control and draws in an entire town. Left behind in the wake of that summer’s events are their unrealized dreams and open wounds. In 1973, a reunion trip to the small town of their youths returns them to the summer of 1953 and the passion and betrayal that changed their lives.

The Last Mailman: Neither Rain, Nor Sleet, Nor Zombies by Kevin J. Burke

Book Blurb:
Four-year degree in business. Trained in hand-to-hand combat.

Works well with zombies.

This is the resume of the last mailman on Earth. It is the near future, and the modern world we knew has been overrun and destroyed by reanimated corpses who hunt humans for food. Mankind has retreated to small pockets of civilization and practically surrendered to the walking dead. But one man routinely leaves behind the safety and comfort to find the people and things we’ve long abandoned. He battles the elements. He battles his own brewing insanity.

But mostly, he battles zombies.

Should I or shouldn't I?

I have been completely neglecting my blog lately. I apologize.

I have, however, been working on my novel.  It is now in the hands of my editor. While I eagerly await it's return I have also been working on some other novel related paraphenalia - like my book cover, and writing a blurb for my book.

Anyone interested in reading the potential blurb I've come up with?

I'll tell you what. If I can get 10 comments on this post I will share it with you. Want to read it? Leave a comment. :)
